Todd Grzech is the CEO for Detroit Thermal. A Detroit area native, Todd has 30 years of experience in an industrial setting, with over 20 years in power generation (renewables, gas, coal and nuclear). He has extensive experience in business development, project management, operations, strategy development, customer relationships, and contract negotiations. He has worked with power industry owners, OEM’s, EPC’s, construction, and engineering firms to develop and deliver quality services.
Prior to joining Detroit Thermal, Todd was President/CEO of PIC Group, Inc., and was previously with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site where he led and managed strict operational standards. Grzech holds both an Engineering Degree and MBA from Purdue University. He lives with his wife in the Detroit Central Business District.
