MPSC-Approved Detroit Thermal Steam Rate Book and Canceled Sheets

Michigan Public Service Commission approved rate schedules, rules, regulations, and standard forms governing the distribution and sale of steam in Michigan. Rate sheets filed by utilities pursuant to a Commission Order are generally due within 30 days of the order date and posted to the website after MPSC staff review.

The current rate book contains Detroit Thermal’s MPSC-approved tariffs, rules, regulations, and service rates governing steam service within the City of Detroit. The current version reflects the rate schedule revisions approved by the Michigan Public Service Commission on June 15, 2026 and effective June 15, 2026.

This archived rate book contains the tariff sheets that were in effect immediately prior to the June 15, 2026 MPSC-approved revisions. It is provided for historical reference purposes only and has been superseded by the current rate book.
